Training and Support

Our franchisees are in business on their own, but that doesn’t mean we leave them alone. We provide:

Initial support starts with, advice, and demo-graphics information to help in your site selection, store design, layout, signage, fixturing and merchandising

Upfront education, starting with one week of class room and hands on training at our corporate offices in Hillsborough, NC, training encompasses everything from operations and customer service to inventory management and merchandising

Pre-opening, in-store training with Adam & Eve field support personnel to make sure store employees are up to speed with customer service and other proven operations programs, also to ensure each store is stocked and merchandised to promote the Adam & Eve brand effectively therefore maximizing the sales opportunities.

Ongoing support includes but not limited to, weekly calls with franchise support personnel, periodic store visits from franchising support personnel, national meetings, monthly newsletters, monthly conference calls, and networking opportunities with other franchisees.

Additional support items include store specific landing page, the Adam & Eve retail store web site, which is designed for both customer driven opportunities and franchise support through a back end intranet system, Quarterly promotional e-mail blast driving customer traffic to the franchise stores.

Adam & Eve Pictures makes the Adam & Eve contract stars available for on-site appearances in your store at no charge to our operators (operators are responsible for travel expenses to and from the store for the star)
